2001-2018
October 30, 2018 was a sad day for Derby Sand Ranch. The Legendary Bambi 727, who played a huge part of what made us who we are today, passed away at a ripe old age of 17. His bloodline will thrive throughout the industry for many years to come. He has produced hundreds of 200+ inch Bucks and many 300 inch Bucks on our farm plus he his the sire of some of the greatest producing Does in the Nation. What a Buck and what a Legend which will forever be rememberd!

Sire to Triple Crown, Freeze Frame and many, many Greats! The Legendary Bambi Yardstick passed away on April 22, 2018 at the coming age of 13. We are sad he is gone and cannot say enough about what he has meant to us and what he has done for our operation. Without a doubt, Yardstick's legacy will live on through his bloodline for many generations to come!

Blackjack will take you breath away! He has everything; the look, he width, the tine length plus the beam length! Robert Meyers puchased Blackjack's mom, Yellow Diamond, from us a few years back, bred her to Big Stitch, and produced this monster! Now, we are proud to partner with Robert on Blackjack and looking forwrd to breeding with what we beleve to be the perfect cross! It is hard to find a buck that has it all but Blackjack definetly fits the bill for Derby Sand Ranch. Thank you Robert!

Hollywood is a remarkable 3 year old with the width and frame that is out of this world! Derby Sand Ranch has much of the same genetic taste as Cross Canyons Whitetails and we are proud to partner with them on this beautiful buck from the Robert Williams production line. We strongly belive Hollywood is one of the best typical breeding crosses on the market today and we are looking forward to his production!

Orange 6256 is one of Stoutest Pedigreed 2 year olds we have in our pens! We kown of no other Buck with double A225, double Shadow, Hardocore's Dam and Triple Crown in one pedigree. We have no doubt this boy is going to produce!
